Filipino Chicken Adobo

I found this recipe on a forum I was a member of quite some time ago. It is delicious served with rice. I like to double the sauce ingredients so we can ladle it over the rice.

    Hi!
    Can you please explain a few parts of your recipe…
    1 cup coconut or apple cider vinegar- is this coconut milk?

    1/2 cup aminos- where do you get that, and can you get it without soy?

    It calls for 1 cup of vinegar. I use either coconut vinegar or apple cider vinegar, whichever I have on hand. For the aminos, I use both the Bragg’s (which does have soy) or you can find coconut aminos here. If you have an Azure Standard drop near your area, you can get that same brand through them
