This is delicious stuff. I’ve made it for the family a couple times, but I just made a batch to take to the church potluck VBS meeting. I’ll be reheating it in the church oven.
This recipe freezes REALLY well, too! I like to do a whole chicken or 2, make this up, & freeze it in dinner or potluck portions. I drop it in a slow cooker to reheat all day & we’re good to go!
UPDATE: I have yet to make this for a crowd & bring any home/have any left!! This has become my go-to for potluck gatherings & for cooking for a crowd/parties.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
2c diced (small) cooked chicken
1/4-1/3 c hot sauce (use your own tastebuds for judgement)
1 block cream cheese
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar
1/2 c ranch dressing
Bring all ingredients to room temperature, then combine well. Spread mixture into a pie plate or 8X8 glass pan. Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes or until bubbly & heated through. Serve with crackers or veggies!
