Buffalo Chicken Dip

Posted on | June 11, 2011 | 5 Comments

This is delicious stuff. I’ve made it for the family a couple times, but I just made a batch to take to the church potluck VBS meeting. I’ll be reheating it in the church oven.

This recipe freezes REALLY well, too! I like to do a whole chicken or 2, make this up, & freeze it in dinner or potluck portions. I drop it in a slow cooker to reheat all day & we’re good to go!

UPDATE: I have yet to make this for a crowd & bring any home/have any left!! This has become my go-to for potluck gatherings & for cooking for a crowd/parties.
