Hello ALL!!! I’m pleased to be back. I’m not promising anything grand, but for the moment, I’m aiming to blog once a week. For those that don’t know, we ended up moving. Yes. Again. We spent less than 2 ½ months in the Nashville area before Hubba’s company transferred him again. We’ve landed indefinitely in the Knoxville area. I’ve already threatened Hubba with divorce if we have to move in ANYTHING less than 2 years, LOL.
A few weeks ago I also started getting the posts categorized, so you can find things easily. I only got about half of the posts done, and I hope to finish up soon. Now that move #2 is done, and the holidays are over, I hope to be able to catch up next month. I’m slammed the rest of this month (isn’t January supposed to slow down???).
I’ll get back soon, but in the meantime, I tried a new recipe last week. I’m sure there are other recipes out there similar, but this one came to me. On my very own. We enjoyed it very much!
½ can of pumpkin puree, or 1 cup fresh pureed
3 cups plain strained yoghurt
Sweetener to taste
¼ – ½ t pumpkin pie spice
½ t vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients well with a whisk. Enjoy.
