Homemade Chocolate Syrup
In a medium saucepan whisk dry ingredients. Add a few tablespoons of your water, whisking to combine. Continue adding water while whisking. Bring mixture to a boil, whisking often, and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla & transfer mix to a clean jar. Store in the refrigerator.
