Rosemary Mint Kefir “Soda”

Posted on | May 28, 2012 | 3 Comments

Last week I pulled my kefir & decided to split my gallon of first ferment into 4 experiments.

In one jar I made Lemonilla Kefir, and I can’t find my camera cord to upload pics of it. I forgot to take my card out of the computer & put it back in my camera :/ As soon as I find the cord, I’ll get that posted. It was a HIT!! Even my anti-ferment husband (other than yoghurt) took a sip, then took another, saying it was ok. No wrinkling of the nose. No gagging face.

Today I’ll share the Rosemary Mint. Hubba didn’t try this one, but the kids & I really enjoyed it.

I made the rosemary mint kefir this week and it might be my new favorite flavor! It’s so interesting and refreshing! Thanks for the recipe. (By the way, I omitted the sugar and it’s still very tasty)

YAY! I love it for the same reasons. Very refreshing & different. I sometimes tire of the fruity ones, so I decided to experiment 🙂 Thank you for stopping by & letting me know you liked it!
