General Tso’s Chicken
2 Tbs sesame oil
2 green onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
3/4 cup chicken broth
2 Tbs corn starch
2 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs Bragg’s amino acids
2 Tbs rice wine vinegar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Add sauce to pan & heat until sauce is thickened & chicken is cooked through.
Serve over rice.
