Elderberry Tincture- Make Your Own!

Cold & flu season is coming, & I love to have elderberry tincture & syrup on hand. I prefer to make them myself, because it is so friendly on my budget!

    Emikat, I am working up the syrup post for elderberry syrup, which I give my kids. As for dosage, I take a shot (just a regular shot glass like they use at bars) at night before bed. That’s what works for me. If you feel you need more than that, you can mix a shot with water (a cup or more) & sip it throughout the morning, then afternoon. I’d say up to 3 shots worth a day for adults.
