Sauteed Kale

This recipe is found in Cooking Traditional FoodsOften Used Recipes eBook. Mine is slightly adapted for kale, as this is what we stick to (we like kale best). I’ve added some extra oils for your preference, where as the original recipe calls for coconut oil. The original recipe also says you can use various acidic liquids, but we find we love the apple cider vinegar on kale. Period. 🙂
